Children's Ministries
Children are important to us at LCC. We don’t see them simply as the church of tomorrow, they are part of the church today.
To that end, children participate in the Worship Service with their family and friends. Following the music and scripture readings, they have the option to participate in Children’s Church. This ministry, while fun, is an intentional disciple-making program to assist parents in teaching their children the Gospel.
Our teachers are screened and dedicated. For Children’s Church, we use curriculum from Crossway as well as Answers in Genesis that teaches Biblical Truth, apologetics, life application, and most importantly, God’s redemptive plan for them through Jesus.
Biblical truth to the children to give them a Biblical Worldview and especially pointing toward salvation in Christ.
Sunday School is offered for all ages at 9:30 AM on Sundays
Our teachers are screened and dedicated. We don’t want to simply teach kids Bible Stories with a moralistic lesson at the end. This program uses a curriculum called “The Gospel Project.”
We want our kids to know how each story in the Bible connects to THE Story of how God is reconciling a people for His name through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Club Overview
Our Children’s Choir Club offers a fun environment for children to…
- Learn to sing classic and newer hymns and worship songs.
- Learn the truths and values of songs rooted in scripture.
- Learn singing mechanics, parts, and best practices.
- Enjoy snacks and fun games with others.
Each week a lesson will include biblical teaching, an enduring hymn from the past, and a carefully selected newer hymn or worship song. By combining the old with the curated new, we preserve our theological heritage and clearly communicate truth to the coming generations. The lessons, application questions, and worship times will teach students biblical truth, helping them learn how to analyze the music of the church and enrich their understanding of the great God to whom we sing!
Cost
There is no cost at this time, although donations for snacks would be helpful.

Wednesdays beginning October 15th from 6 pm to 7:30 PM.
Our VBS is held in the summer months and is a highlight of our year. Skits, games, snacks, songs, Bible teaching, and a special mission project make for an incredible week.
